MRCT Benefits Plus launched its Human Resources Consulting Division with the intention of providing smaller businesses the type of Human Resources tools that are not typically available in "smaller" firms. MRCT Benefits Plus’ Human Resources Consulting serves as an "onsite advisor" or back-up team to support an HR department and its staff. There are three main services offered:
"Extranet" – a website service which offers companies two packages to choose from depending on their needs and goals.
Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Administration – a program designed to increase the purchasing power of an employee’s income with little or no cost to the employer.
Human Resources Consulting that provides onsite assistance with training, employee relations and other important Human Resources issues.
